What is your deposit?

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE

(Deposits Must be paid via debt or credit card in order to secure your appointment.) 

Cancellation policy- if you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice. Please note that cancellation is made on the same day as the appointment will occur a fee of $40.

 

Do you charge a pet fee?

Our pet fee is $25.00

Do you offer discounts for recurring services?

We are pleased to offer discounts to customers who arrange recurring cleaning services for further detail details on our pricing and discounts kindly reach out to us.

 

Do I have to be home at the time of my cleaning?

Clients do not need to be present during the cleaning service. You can provide detail instructions for our cleaning professionals after the cleaning is finished rest assure that our team will lock up the premises.

 

Do you move furniture?

Due to liability issues, we do not move furniture, such as, but not limited to

-Refrigerators

-Ovens

-Dining tables

-Beds

-Dressers

 

How is your quote determined?

Please be advised that the price may vary based on your hone, including square footage, the number

of  bedrooms/ bathrooms and the condition of the home.

Are your cleaners background checked?

Yes, all cleaners undergo a thorough background check before hired.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with our cleaning services. If for any reason you are not happy with our work, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
